After opening for public comment (none were taken for this item), the committee adopted the amendment of the whole changing enforcement to an administrative provision and continued the ordinance one week so the amended language could be finalized and noticed.
Next steps: The item will be considered again at the committee’s special meeting next week with the administrative penalty language in subsection F of the draft ordinance available for review.
