Committee accepts technical amendments and schedules continuances; routine budget items moved to full Board
Summary

Before public comment the committee accepted three technical amendments: adjustment to the Department of Public Works temporary street‑occupancy fee (increase of $0.86), correction of a rep‑payee services fee from $35 to $37, and a Controller‑requested revision to the fiscal findings for Proposition J (moving a savings estimate from $4,400,000 to $4,700,000) to ensure the record is correct.
After public comment Chair Carmen Chu proposed continuing items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 19 to Monday the 27th and continuing item 6 (as amended) and items 12 and 13 to Wednesday the 29th to coincide with department budgets and fee-noticing requirements. The committee agreed without objection to move routine and noncontroversial items (5, 7–11, 14–18) to the full Board, which will consider them with the rest of the budget on July 12. No roll-call votes were recorded in the transcript for these procedural moves.
The chair adjourned the committee after scheduling the continuances.
