SAN FRANCISCO — The Land Use and Transportation Committee of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors voted March 4 to refer two related ordinances to the full Board that would rezone 175 Golden Gate Avenue and designate the building for preservation.
Supervisor Matt Haney said the property, home to DeMerillac Academy, is located in the Tenderloin and sits adjacent to Saint Boniface Church.
