Clerk read Item 3: a resolution authorizing the Airport Commission to execute an agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration for the replacement airport traffic control tower and FAA offices in an amount not to exceed $79,982,500 and to retroactively accept and expend federal funds.
Committee members were told a companion piece to the item was not yet ready. The chair and members agreed to continue Item 3 for one week to the next Wednesday’s meeting to allow staff to bring the companion item and any necessary clarifications back to the committee.
The committee took no further testimony and formally continued the item; no public comment was received on this item at the committee meeting.
