Victor Young, the committee clerk, read the item as a resolution retroactively approving a grant agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and the nonprofit Institute on Aging to provide case management, community living fund and linkage program services to seniors and adults with disabilities for a total not to exceed $16,144,866.
Committee leadership said a technical amendment to the resolution language was completed after the item was last before the panel, and there were no substantive new issues. The chair opened public comment; none was received. The committee agreed to send the resolution to the full Board of Supervisors with the committee's recommendation.
The measure will appear on the Board agenda as scheduled; the committee did not record a roll-call vote at the hearing and no mover or seconder for the committee action was named on the record.
