Applicant Ta Chung Lo (presenting with a representative) said he has operated the business since 2009 and provided neighborhood support letters; Supervisor Marr noted Supervisor Breed indicated support from the District 5 office. Applicants affirmed they understood the SFPD conditions.
Public comment was opened and there were no speakers. The committee moved and seconded a motion on the application and approved it without recorded objection.
The committee’s action implements the SFPD conditions listed in the PCN. The clerk will place the formal action in the December Board of Supervisors agenda packet as required.
