Budget analyst Harvey Rose reported the negotiated purchase price for the artifacts at $660,000 and noted the proposed agreement is retroactive to 07/01/2009; he recommended amending the resolution to provide for the retroactivity and approving the resolution as amended. The committee took the motion to accept the budget analyst's recommendations without objection and will forward the item to the full Board with the analyst's suggested amendments.
