Aaron Starr of the Planning Department said the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval with a modification requiring zoning administrator review of certain appurtenances.
Supervisor Kim moved to continue the item after opening public comment; there were no public speakers and the committee voted to continue without objection. The continuation gives staff time to incorporate the zoning administrator review procedure and any additional technical edits.
