Item 6: Sue Keller (Medical Examiner) requested a $50 penalty collected through court processes to cover toxicology testing costs in DUI convictions; the committee forwarded the ordinance with recommendation.
Item 8: Mike Campbell (SFPUC) requested release of $1.3 million in PUC reserve funds to support Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) work — including RFP development for a single CCA service provider, market research, technical analysis and SFLAFCO support — leaving a reserve balance of roughly $1.873M; the committee approved the release with recommendation.
Item 10: Ara Manasian (City Administrator’s Office) presented a three‑year memorandum of understanding for the city to act as agent for the Treasure Island Development Authority, providing staffing and administrative services (budget/accounting, HR, payroll, IT and other back‑office functions); the committee forwarded the MOU with recommendation.
