Health Authority nomination withdrawn; Rules Committee continues vacancy

"Brenda has withdrawn her application," Souza told supervisors.
Chair Asher Safai moved to continue the item to the call of the chair; the motion carried without objection. The committee did not record a roll‑call vote in the transcript. The Health Authority vacancy will be returned to the committee when a nomination arrives from the nominating bodies.
