The Rules Committee moved to forward a recommendation to the full Board of Supervisors to appoint Amy Landgraf to seat 17 on the Graffiti Advisory Board and to grant a residency waiver.
Amy Landgraf introduced herself as the Street Furniture Supervisor and said she manages all street furniture in San Francisco, routinely addressing vandalism and coordinating a task force. “So day in and day out dealing with, you know, the vandalism. We have a task force out there that are, you know, addressing the issues,” Landgraf said, describing increased staffing and civil enforcement as responses.
Supervisors thanked Landgraf for representing bus stop and street-furniture concerns. A committee member moved to appoint Landgraf to seat 17 and to include a residency waiver; a second was recorded and the motion moved without objection to the full board.
The transcript records no public commenters speaking in opposition; the committee’s action sends the item to the full Board for final approval.
