Public commenters urged appointment of tenant representatives and people with lived experience; supervisors granted residency waivers when needed and moved a recommended slate (including Dan Jordan, Sam Patel, Clifford Gilmore, Angela Chu and Jordan Davis among others) to the full Board with a positive recommendation.
Supervisors praised applicants’ subject‑matter experience and emphasized the SRO task force’s role in addressing habitability, fire safety, accessibility, and tenant rights. The committee approved the recommendations and adjourned.
