Richard Lee, deputy director of the environmental health section, was present for questions about the program. The budget analyst, Mr. Rose, told the committee he recommended approval.
With no public comment and no objection from committee members, the chair moved to forward the resolution to the full Board of Supervisors with a recommendation for approval; the committee then adjourned.
