Summary

The Rules Committee convened a closed session on Nov. 4 to consider items 5–13 — a set of ordinances and resolutions authorizing settlements and unlitigated claims. After the closed session, Deputy City Attorney John Givner reported the committee voted unanimously to forward items 5–13 to the full Board with a positive recommendation.
The chair moved, and with no objection the committee adopted a motion not to disclose the substance of the closed-session discussion, consistent with applicable closed-session rules. The forwarded items will appear on the Board agenda for further consideration.
