The Budget and Finance Committee approved items 2 through 4 without objection on June 21.
Victor Young, the committee clerk, read the ordinances: Item 2 would amend San Francisco Administrative Code section 8.14 to raise the fee for removal of remains and cremation services and make environmental findings; a second item referenced a change to the San Francisco Health Code (transcribed as 'section 1 2 8') to set patient rates; and Item 4 would amend the Public Works Code to update and codify various permit fees, including fees for cafe tables and chairs, commemorative debris boxes, driveways, minor sidewalk encroachment, pipe barriers, sidewalks, street encroachments, street improvements and temporary street space occupancy.
The committee recorded no public comment on those items and moved them forward for approval. The chair indicated the items addressed public health and public works fee updates and proceeded "without objection," with no roll-call vote recorded in the transcript.
