Committee Sends $19.7M Supplemental for Children, Seniors and Disabled to Full Board Without Recommendation

Committee action: Supervisor Duffy moved that items 2 and 3 be transmitted to the full Board of Supervisors without recommendation; the motion was seconded and recorded. The committee did not adopt a formal recommendation due to the mix of views on the panel and the interest in full board consideration.
