Finally, Peter Nardoza from the Airport presented a resolution urging the Airport Commission to institute a common‑use policy for cargo handling facilities so handlers could serve multiple airlines in a single leased space. The committee amended the resolution to add a whereas clause supporting minority and women local business leasing and sent the amended resolution forward.
