Committee approves higher contract caps for OnPoint and Extech to meet unpredictable demand

He said contract-to-date commitments and pending transactions indicated a potential need for increased caps and that OCA is coordinating with the Human Rights Commission on LBE (local business enterprise) subcontracting remediation language.
Ken Bruce of the Budget Analyst's Office noted the items were introduced late in the previous week and the committee accepted them without a written report; the committee moved items forward with recommendation to the full board.
