Supervisors nominated candidates to specific seats and moved to forward the list to the full Board with a positive recommendation. The motion to forward the slate—Nicole Agbayani (seat 1), Rita Evans (seat 2), David Moroff (seat 3), William Walker (seat 4), Daniel Weaver (seat 5) and Veronica Garcia (seat 8)—carried without recorded opposition.
Separately, the committee addressed Item 3—appointing a youth representative to the Graffiti Advisory Board. Applicant Michael Gurgic (appearing as Gurgic/Gurgich in the record) testified about youth outreach and graffiti prevention. The city attorney reviewed the Graffiti Advisory Board’s enabling language and concluded the youth seat could be filled by an 18‑year‑old. The committee later returned to the item and moved Michael Gurgic forward with a positive recommendation.
