Rules committee continues Bicycle Advisory appointments; forwards reappointments

The clerk called the item and the committee recorded a motion to forward all four applicants to the full Board with a committee report; the chair said the committee could do so without opposition.
The item will be scheduled for the Board’s September 27 hearing for final action.
