Committee agrees to continue ordinance on publication standards to Dec. 2
Summary
An ordinance to amend the administrative code on publication/notice standards was calendared in error; the sponsor asked for and obtained a continuance to Dec. 2.
Item 14, an ordinance that would amend chapter 2 of the administrative code to establish standards for publishing notices and define the city official website homepage and notice procedures, was called in error at the Nov. 4 meeting. Rick Galbraith (on behalf of Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi) apologized and requested the item be continued to Dec. 2 so a companion measure can follow.
The committee agreed to continue the item to the Rules Committee meeting on Dec. 2. No public comment was taken on the ordinance at this hearing.
