On appointments to the Shelter Monitoring Committee, several applicants described direct shelter program experience. Aaron Housley of Connecting Point (Compass Community Services) said his program is the central intake point for homeless families and noted a waiting list that had grown from two to roughly four months; Ben Graff and supporting commenters stressed lived experience and service delivery expertise. Committee members advanced Mr. Calindrillo's nomination to the full board with a residency waiver.
