Committee moves several litigation items to closed session and forwards items to the Board

Committee staff indicated the committee wished to move agenda items 6–9 to the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation. The committee also made and seconded a motion "to not disclose" regarding the closed-session discussion; the transcript records the motion and the statement "So moved."
