The board moved and approved appointments of coaches and club leaders and accepted tenure appointments for "Miss Irvine" and "Miss Leverage." Trustees also voted to accept business-office recommendations H1–H7. Vote details were recorded as trustees saying "aye" during roll calls for the motions; no formal roll-call tally with names was read into the record.
During discussion of board action item 7 (the athletic district club donation), a trustee said the community had "come together to be able to raise" funds and noted "we raised $6,000." A business-office representative clarified that the donation is a one-time gift that will be placed in the modified-salary line for the current fiscal year and that there is "no guarantee for future years" — the district will need to budget for ongoing support in subsequent years.
The board took no action to change the district's budget baseline; trustees emphasized that continued funding for modified sports would depend on future budget decisions.
