Board approves routine personnel, business and action items; moves to executive session

The board approved minutes from its Sept. 10 meeting by motion and voice vote. The board then approved instructional and non‑instructional personnel items J1–J3 (resignations, leaves of absence and appointments), and Business Office recommendations K1–K8; a board member publicly thanked Eric and Jessica Markle for a donation of plantings outside the district building. Trustees subsequently approved board action items L1–L20. All three bundled motions were moved, seconded and adopted with a voice vote (‘Aye’).
Near the meeting’s close the board moved into executive session by motion; after reconvening trustees immediately adjourned. The board announced its next regular meeting for Nov. 12.
