Road Superintendent Duke Wilburn and engineering staff described a plan to lower affected drain inlets by 4 inches and install trench drains with concrete aprons to collect runoff and avoid winter icing: "We're gonna lower the drains by 4 inches and then pour 10 foot concrete," Wilburn said.
Budget and reconciliation: Staff told the court the package of credits and change-order adjustments currently results in a near-budget position, but final reconciliation will be reported at the next meeting; the treasurer said she will present a project-level summary at the next court meeting.
