After discussion about phasing and surfacing options, the court authorized staff to negotiate with the contractors under state contract pricing and to return to the court for final payment approval. "We will approve the final payment," Speaker 2 said when describing the approval path.
The motion to proceed with negotiations passed by voice vote. Staff said any final agreement will be brought back to the court for formal approval and appropriation of funds.
