Perry County Fiscal Court approves routine business, reviews $9.41M balance, hears 911 and recycling updates

At its regular meeting, the Perry County Fiscal Court approved routine business including minutes, bill payments, invoices, transfers and the treasurer's report, which Speaker 1 reported had a balance "as of today is 9,410,299." Motions were recorded for each item and approved by voice votes.
