Magoffin County officials say playground, pool and community center projects nearing completion; grand opening pending paving

Speaker 3 said contractor Pengal will reevaluate paving in about a week to determine when blacktopping can occur.
The county described a short remaining checklist before making the facilities publicly available and said staff will announce a grand opening date once paving and final inspections are complete.
