Participants also agreed to a minor wording and spelling clean-up, including expanding footnote 14 to give the full name 'Lanny Hartman.' The chair said conforming non-substantive edits would be made for the purposes of the vote and could be finalized afterward.
The chair called a roll-call vote to file the circulated report with the General Assembly. Members present registered affirmative votes during the roll call; the chair announced that the report will be filed with the General Assembly tomorrow. Senator Watson and Delegate Fraser Hidalgo were noted as not present for the vote.
In closing remarks, Josh Cohen praised the group's work on an 'incredibly aggressive timeline,' and Senator Hettleman commended the organizer for doing a 'yeoman's job' bringing members to consensus. The meeting then concluded.
