Finance Director Monda Floyd presented the council with the July revenue and appropriations summary included in the council packet.
Floyd told the council the packet contains a 35-page revenue report and listed appropriations: $298,565.72; $156,813.99; $69,610.22; and $282,962.62 across specified dates, plus payroll entries of $433,398.72 (July 15) and $449,627.38 (July 31) for total appropriations of $1,690,978.65. On page 35 of the packet she said total revenues are $2,841,579.55. Council members had no questions and the report was accepted for review only; no formal vote was required.
Council members and staff noted the report was provided for review and would not require action at the meeting.
