Commissioners asked clarifying questions about the short lease term, in‑county boundaries for leased space, provisions for month‑to‑month extension, and whether the COVID closeout included funds given to municipalities; county staff said the COVID closeout covers purchases made during the pandemic period and that municipality transfers were handled separately. All items were moved and approved by roll call.
