The Bridgeton City Council voted unanimously to extend the special-use permit for one year at 10825 Saint Charles Rock Road.
Council member Luther moved to extend the special-use permit at that address; the motion was seconded and passed by a vote of 8 to nothing. Earlier in the meeting attorney Jay Cohen and Aaron Sansone (representing Tidal Wave Car Wash) identified themselves and made themselves available to answer questions about the special-use permit extension when that agenda item was reached.
The extension was presented as a one-year administrative extension of the existing special-use permit; council did not attach new conditions during the vote. The city clerk will reflect the extension in the permit record.
