The Fountain Lakes Planning Board on July 16 approved Resolution PB 24-04, which the board said implements conditions requested by engineers for a project linked to the County Affordable Housing Commission.
Board counsel and staff reported that the application had incorporated required changes, including replacing chain-link fencing with vinyl, adjustments to utilities and tree-work commitments. After a brief discussion, a motion to approve the resolution was made and the board moved to a roll-call vote. Recorded responses were: Mister Simone — Yes; Mister Frickero — Yes; Mister Trost — Yes; Mister Otto — Yes; Doctor Pemdexter — Yes; Mister Keating — Yes; Mister Baldy — Yes. The chair announced the motion carried.
Board members said they were pleased with the applicant's responsiveness on conditions and indicated the project can now move forward through the remaining administrative steps.
