Council approves right-of-entry for Ramble Group to support NJDEP water sampling

Crowell described the action as a standard, time-limited access agreement for environmental testing and said staff had no objection beyond the usual documentation. The resolution was moved and approved as part of the consent agenda without extended debate.
The council did not disclose sampling dates or the underlying project scope beyond the description provided by the administrator.
