Officials said site work (parking, traffic flow and exterior site improvements) has been submitted for county review and may be bidded after the new year; because of likely pricing constraints the site work may be split across two summers. A necessary under‑slab wastewater pipe replacement was identified as out of scope for the current contract and will likely require a costly change order.
Board members asked about noise and bathroom hand‑dryer adjustments, stop‑arm camera installation and violation data for bus routes; staff reported stop‑arm cameras are installed and violations are being recorded.
