Both representatives said the company aims to support the community where it operates and thanked local law enforcement for their work.
Chief Larry Ellard accepted the contribution and the board offered brief thanks. The presentation did not include any conditions tied to the gift and no formal board action was required or taken.
The donation arrives amid routine department updates presented later in the meeting; the board continued with introductions of new employees and other agenda items after the presentation.
