- Bond/ordinance readings for property acquisition and traffic control ordinances. - Grants and grant amendments: civil money penalty reinvestment funding (not to exceed $2,346), assault response team forensic nurse examiner subgrant (net increase $1,711), Older Americans Act area plan grant (net increase $2,294,541), alcohol education and rehabilitation grant (funded amount $760,513; county match $107,437), and other programmatic grants. - Contract extensions and purchases: extension to Rehab Professional Services Inc. for therapy services to MediView Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (net increase $135,000); bakery and dairy cooperative contracts (Deluxe Italian Bakery and Lucas Bakery — $69,877.75; Primo Land Dairies — $392,386); inmate commissary services and laundry management contracts; and city library projects including a new HVAC and generator at the Galloway Township Library (Glaston Mechanical Inc., $2,581,600) and storm drainage improvements at the Absecon Township Library (South State Inc., $1,197,900). - Competitive contracting and procurement actions: grant‑writing services procurement pursuant to NJSA 48:11‑4, software maintenance for TripSpark/Trapeze (not to exceed $138,605), and other vendor contracts.
