The House set House Concurrent Resolutions 22 and 26 for time certain on Friday, Feb. 8, 1991, at 11:00 a.m. The chamber also ‘circled’ Senate Bill 45 for later consideration and adopted a concurrent resolution recognizing the 1991 bicentennial of the Bill of Rights.
