House approves a slate of bills on transportation, corrections and employee pay; several bills read and placed on calendars
Summary

In addition, the House adopted multiple rules‑committee reports moving several house joint and concurrent resolutions onto the third‑reading calendar. The Speaker also explained a temporary adjustment to how committee reports would be handled to expedite the calendar.
What it means: The votes advance a transportation and regulatory package and several administrative changes; bills now proceed to any next steps required by the legislative process. SB 32 (school restraint) received extended debate and a close floor amendment vote and was left for further consideration when the House adjourned at noon.
