On recorded passage votes announced from the floor: HB 9 (Continuity of Government Act) passed 75–0 and HB 49 (state officer salary authority clarification) passed 75–0; HJR 5 (Sundance Institute recognition) passed 70–0. Multiple other committee reports were adopted by voice vote. Several bills were circled or uncircled during floor action as leaders negotiated scheduling.
These motions were largely procedural but collectively set the House agenda and prioritized bills for floor consideration later in the session.
