House extends student-donation matching program for university libraries

She said remaining funds would be reallocated in June to institutions that completed their match.
Members asked whether the program would end and which institutions had not used full allocations; Lyon said Weber State, Southern Utah, Carbon, CEU and some smaller institutions had not utilized their full allocations. The House opened voting and the clerk recorded 71 affirmative and 0 negative votes; the bill passes and is referred to the Senate.
