House OKs bill creating designated school-bus parking zones with fines

Supporters argued the bill reduces accidents and congestion at school bus loading areas, preventing students from being endangered by vehicles crowding bus zones. The House placed the bill on the calendar and the clerk announced the bill passed after recorded votes on the consent/third-reading calendar.
