SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah House of Representatives on the floor Wednesday approved a series of consent-calendar measures after brief presentations and then recessed for caucuses.
Members passed first substitute Senate Bill 165, which Representative Romero said "basically includes in the definition, a landscape architect, licensed to, participate as a professional corporation," and allows a street mailing address instead of only a residence for incorporation. The House recorded 58 yes votes and 0 no votes on the measure; it will be transmitted to the Senate for signature.
