Council hears preliminary plat for Red Oak subdivision; P&Z had approved it

One resident said they owned property across the street and had attended the hearing to understand whether the project would consist of individual houses or RV spaces; staff and the applicant said the development would be residential houses that meet R-2 lot-size standards.
No council action was required; staff noted the P&Z approval is on record and the public hearing was closed. The council did not vote on the plat at this meeting.
