Staff described the project as two manholes, approximately 77 feet of wastewater line and related work and recommended awarding to the lowest bidder (identified in the presentation as DM/D and M Underground). The motion to award was made by Commissioner Alcon and passed on roll call; Commissioners Hosa, Arcon, Lopez, Alvarez and Mayor Fugate voted yes.
