House adopts conference committee report and passes annual appropriations bill

The final tally recorded on the floor was 56 yes to 15 no; the bill will be transmitted to the Senate for the President’s signature. Sponsors signaled the conference committee will continue to manage outstanding implementation matters and noted the legislature expects staff to execute the agreed technical corrections.
Members also noted a set of Senate-requested amendments to other bills and handled multiple concurrences and refusals during the late session while finalizing the budget.
