Applicants Jamie Ricciaroli and Chris Brewster told the commission they plan a high‑end repair shop focused on European and exotic cars, emphasizing cleanliness and indoor storage. "We intend to open a very high end, automotive business," Jamie Ricciaroli said, adding they will comply with zoning requirements and conditions.
Planning and zoning administrator Jay Habanske said the applicant had received staff comments and the standard conditions applied to motor vehicle licenses. Commissioners included standard staff conditions and an explicit comment linking the proposal to goals in the Town’s Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) before voting.
A motion to approve, amended to incorporate Jay Habanske’s standard conditions and the POCD alignment comment, passed at the meeting. The commission also noted the applicant’s plan for about 20% green, non‑impervious pavement and landscaping around the site.
The action clears the licensing step at the zoning level; the applicants and staff indicated they understood and would comply with the conditions the commission attached.
