House advances and passes a slate of senate bills and resolutions; key votes recorded

A concurrent resolution, HCR4, recognizing the centennial of the International Society Daughters of Utah Pioneers and designating April 11, 2001 as Daughters of Utah Pioneers Day, passed by a recorded vote of 75 yes and 0 no.
