Stratford ARB approves August minutes, adopts 2025 meeting schedule and adjourns

The Town of Stratford Architecture Review Board took several routine procedural actions at its Oct. 10, 2024 meeting.
The board first voted to accept the meeting minutes from Aug. 8. The motion to accept was moved on the record and seconded; members voted by voice and the motion passed unanimously.
Next, the board reviewed and approved the meeting schedule for calendar year 2025. Members noted one edit; Speaker 5 moved to approve the schedule "as submitted" and Speaker 4 seconded. The board agreed the meetings will take place in Room 213 rather than the council chambers, with the caveat that the council chambers could be used for very large projects.
Later in the meeting Speaker 4 moved to accept a revision to the Aug. 8 minutes to correct attendance (Shannon’s presence), the motion was seconded and the revised minutes were approved by voice vote. Finally Speaker 5 moved and Speaker 1 seconded a motion to adjourn; the board voted in favor and ended the meeting.
